For those of you who don’t follow me personally on Facebook (and not the badly-maintained Facebook page which I’m going to start phasing out), I wanted to do a post about everything that’s been going on!

1. We have a cover! Artist Jan Pospisil, who did a wonderful job on Empathy and Precognition, returned once again to knock Precognition out of the park. I’m very pleased and will be sharing a preview of it soon!

2. If we have a cover, why don’t we have the book yet? That is a sticky one. I have been delayed in my editing progress because a big job fell into my lap, namely Frontiers, an amazing new exploration RPG on PC, in development for next year. I was initially hired on as side quest manager, which kept me busy for much of August and most of September so far. Then I got promoted. I’m now doing the entire main story campaign for the game, my biggest video game job to date, and tight deadlines have forced editing Precognition onto the back burner. But have no fear! It will still be out this year, one way or another.

3. Seriously, check out Frontiers. I’m immensely proud to be a part of it, and if you have any love for fantasy/RPGs/exploration/independent video games then follow us on Facebook, spread the word, and earmark $15 for April 2014 when this beauty is going to take the world by storm.

Ryan out!
