Lo and behold! The fully-edited whole of STREET has now been uploaded in chapters/parts, rather than individual segments. But it’s only going to stay up for 10 more days. At the end of the 14th, we’re going back to our serial run!
Let me explain my plan for this. This time around, I don’t want to make people wait huge amounts of time for the story; 6.5 years is too long to run a trilogy. Instead we’re going to keep the pace nice and high. Empathy will stay up in its entirety, all 18 Parts. Seems only fair after this long. Clairvoyance and Precognition are going to be released in serial form (again) on a yearly basis, one chapter per week, with five or six weeks to spare until we reset again on the 14th. This sounds good to me and unless someone convinces me otherwise that’s the model I’m going with!
The print and e-book copies will remain for sale as they are, for anyone who wants them. They’re nice, with much better formatting and (in the case of the print version) much more paper than the web version you see before you.
The process of turning the site into a more author-centric platform is taking me longer than I wanted, much like everything else, but it will get done sooner or later. Frontiers will remain my number one priority for the foreseeable future. However, don’t think I’ve given up novels! You haven’t seen the last of me, and 2014 promises to have more of my work out there than ever before, on Steam, by Gryphonwood, maybe even through avenues I can’t predict.
It’s exciting as hell. I can hardly wait to see what all this year is going to bring, and I hope it’s equally kind to all you lovely readers out there!
